2 blue tablets, some food and water, a prawn with depth 3 and a drill and grappling arm and probably the cyclops too. Probably some other stuff too that I’m forgetting...

Basically what @Confusedplayer said. If you have edible plants in your Cyclops, you should be fine at least for food.

You should also bring a few extra power cells incase, you might need to turn on silent mode, shield generator, or a sonar to counter/avoid the Sea Dragons, and those can quickly drain power combined with Lava Larva.
