Uhm.. i was exploring and i wanted to see just how far out the map could go, so after freaking out making it past the dunes (i saw many reapers) i got the notification about the 'ecological dead zone.' i opened my PDA to read the notification and halfway through a ghost leviathan ate me whole.

I didn't go back to the void after that.
