Stillsuit doesn't have any fragments. It's acquired from data boxes. And these data boxes aren't just in the Dunes Wrecks. They're located in the Bulb Zone Wrecks and the Mountain Wrecks as well. Look in those places and you're freaking insane for going straight to the Dunes. Get out of there man.
