There are no ghosts in the blood kelp trench (there is one in the northern blood kelp zone tho)

Torpedos don't do any damage they only make the thing you attack run away so keep that in mind

There is an entrance for the trench near the lifepod 17 and sparse reef. There are deepshroomes and blood oil right there. No need to go deeper
