Do resources not respawn? I need magnetite for more upgrades, but I cleared out the Jellyshroom Caves days ago, and my scanner just won't show me any more locations down there. I am NOT prepared for the Mountains or Dunes.

They 100% do not.
You can restart the world to get back the resources but they do not naturally respawn
I suggest sea treaders path with a seamoth with 1 depth module and 3 storage
Just grind the outcrops made by the sea treaders
