My guess is two docks (one for the prawn suit and the other for the sea moth) was considered enough, but I agree. It would be nice to have a cyclops dock (even if it’s resource expensive).

Also, why can you only exit the cyclops from the bottom and not the top as well?

Because adding new base pieces is hard to code
