It was a great *expansion*.

It was very fun but not as fun as the original.

Bz sucked because I play on Nintendo switch and the graphics of the first game we’re way better than bz and also the name change is so confusing like int the first game it’s the precursors and in the second it’s the architects like it’s stupid

I personally LOVE both games, both are amazing in their own ways, Subnautica nailed horror with its more open map and ominous moods and had some good chunks of story while BZ was more focused on story it also had several good scares too. In my opinion I think BZ was a great sequel, maybe not perfect, but I think it is still worth playing and appreciateing

I found BZ alot more memorable, because with the storyline I actually had things to remember. In subnautica there wasn't really any memorable moments, excluding the sea emperor moments. everything else is just a blur of a game

If you view BZ as an expansion rather than a direct sequel, it’s amazing. But there are a lot of misses in the story that seriously drag down the game. The map could be bigger, and the way you progress through the story could be better. But BZ undeniably has some mechanics and aspects that are better than subnautica.

But was this better than the OG? No lol

IMO it's better than the original in a few aspects!

In my opinion they both have pros and cons but in the end the first game has a better exploration side while below zero has a better map
