The repolsion canon is your best option, but it never really works, it depends how far up on the shore it is, if it's past the water, then say goodbye

Yea, the repulsion Cannon should work but it doesn't

You can hold a piece of something big (I use the broken fragments that give you 4 titan), and push the sunbeam with it. There won't even be any damage.
