I don't think just opening the console disables achievements, only using commands does. Either way as long as you don't save after using it and exit the game it should re-enable achievements

Achievements should only be disabled for the save file you use commands in, so any another files would be okay.

To be honest I don't think so (even though I've barely played the game) but even if I've barely played the game I'm pretty sure it wouldn't do that
