I also didn't get the precursor bases achievements, probarly because i gave myself 1 filtered water through console

Using the console disables achievements. They might work if you close the game try again without using it.

Yeah, Console Commands disables achievements, that would explain why you didn't get any achievements past the point you used them.

I did the same thing when playing BZ. Only I didn't want to cheat, it's more like the game screwed me. My beacon clipped through ice so I used a command to retrieve it. So I missed pretty much all achievements. However, I didn't worry as I intended to replay it right after, while being in the know. As my first playthrough was using my wits only, so I missed some blueprints.

I missed all achievements minus "Drop in the Water" because the game wouldn't let me save when I played hardcore so I had to make a custom world with the exact same settings as hardcore, Funny enough I still didn't earn achievements. I later speedran the achievements in a different world once I had beaten the game. My Snowfox actually clipped into the ground but I am not too lazy to cheat, so I coped with the loss and made a new one. What was a bit frustrating though was that My Seatruck got stuck in the Mercury II bow wreck because it spawned in late. I still painstakingly gathered more resources to build it and dealt with it.
