I have a problem

So, i started exploring the lava zone, and there was a bigger trench like thing, and i jumped in, i got to the active lava zone, BUT when i reached the floor, i got idk how to explain, but like i bugged out of the terrain, and now i lost more than 2 hours of progress

So, Does that ever happened to you guys?

Yeah, while playing on my PS5 that happened to me trying to find the lost river awhile ago, I was in the prawn suit and I glitched out of the map, This was very early on in the game for me so it wasn't that much of a problem, only lost 3 hours of progress. I didn't rebuild my prawn suit up until 2 weeks ago when I needed it again.

What do you think?
