Player: yeah… hope I can find one of my bases, and NOT see them wasted like the Degasi, Oh and I forgot…

*Player throws a Cuddlefish into the water*

Riley: HOW LONG DID YOU HAVE THAT?

Player: Doesnt… Matter

Riley: ok… but I’m confused

Player: let’s just focus on the main objective… shutting down the thermal plant… because is I remember anything it’s that you can still shut it down, like the gun…

Riley: ok, how do we do this because last time i was here my PDA never said how

Player: I got the way to shut it down… by destroying it, we have some torpedos for a seamoth right?

Riley: yeah

*Riley throws a highly explosive torpedo at Player, as the Player catches it*

Player: There are 5, that’s good

Riley: ok… time to destroy the “plant”

Player: we’re going with the cyclops first… and apparently the Seamoth can’t stand the depth, but who cares? Just use a repair tool…

Riley: yeah…

(PART IDK COMES OUT IDK)

*The Player and Riley go to the ship*’

Player: well that was intense

Riley: Especially when the reaper tried to Throw the Seamoth into the ceiling of the Moonpool

Player: you forget that-

Riley: The spiders

Player: CAVE CRAWLERS

Riley: tried to rip off the glass of it

Player: let’s just get out, ACTIVATE THRUSTERS AND AFTERBURNERS, AND LETS GET OUT OF THIS PLACE, we will be back for the research…

10 hours after the explosion of the aurora and 14 hours after the base explosion

Player: I should probably build a base… instead of living in the lifepod

5 minutes later

PDA: You have now constructed a base in the shallow creepvine forest

Player: let’s hope this goes good

Habitat: power restored, 1 system offline

Player: what? 1 system offline?

PDA: it is normal to experience temporary blackouts, Moonpool floods, and bulkhead failures, but oddly enough, the bulkhead does not need energy.

Player: that should be good for now…

So I decided to build a moonpool for my seamoth. To my surprise, despite having a furnished habitat, I did not have a habitat builder. So I made one. Shortly after wards my base flooded due to instability, so I smacked some reinforcements on that baby. Fixed it right up. I docked my seamoth and named him Tom Hanks. Thus began the bestest of friendships. On our way to the Floating Island, I managed to end up in the dead zone, looked around for my beacon, and was almost gulped by big boi 1. Tom zoomed out of there and we ended up in the Grand Reef. We parked at the big wreck and I went in. Warper spawned and so I shot him and stabbed him until he ran in fear. I realized that I had 12 seconds of o2, I was in the wreck, and Tom was 178 meters away. So I whipped out the sea glider and ran for it. Right before I got to Tom Hanks I blacked out. Now by now, you should know that the grand reef is far from spawn. Luckily however, I somehow managed in that final millisecond to hop in Tom and save myself. I celebrated by shooting the resident Warper over and over again with my stasis rifle. I think I made him fear me after that day.

I can't get into the Lost River...

I have a base in the Northern Blood Kelp Zone and I'm trying to get in through the trench, but I keep having to fight off waves of blood crawlers so that they don't destroy my PRAWNs and seamoths, which I can't dock because I don't have enough resources to build a moonpool. Today a ghost leviathan came too and destroyed one of my PRAWNs, which made me realize my need for help.

The problem is mostly the fact that if I leave to get the resources to build moonpools (the reason I'm going), the blood crawlers and the ghost leviathan will smash all my vehicles to pieces.

But if I don't go, I can't build moonpools to protect them.

And I can't even search the remaining parts of the Blood Kelp Zone, because then who will protect my vehicles? I tried a gravity wall, but it failed. It caught a few blood crawlers, but then the remaining ones were able to push through, and my grav traps hooked onto a ghost leviathan and it pulled them away.

Can anyone offer an idea of how to protect my vehicles from the horde?

Another question; WHY ARE THERE SO MANY BLOOD CRAWLERS?

I got the Moonpool and upgrade station for my Seamoth, what should I do with it?

Im kind of stuck as what to do next. I have 3/4 of a moonpool built (lol) and 3 parts of a prawn suit. I just got a laser cutter and im so happy i FINALLY got diamonds from a shale outcrop xD. Is there a way to acsess some good stuff in the aurora with the laser cutter and/or other entrances that will lead me to good places? I only know of the two by the front. I DO have a prop cannon. Should i get lead and finish working on my base for now or attack the Aurora or something else...? anyone know any good easter eggs that could help me...lol

I am looking for some aero gel but not quite sure where to look. Would Mushroom Forest be a good idea? (Meaning should i check it out or are there leviathians in that area i should be worried about)

Hey everyone. I'm currently trying to unlock the moonpool and seamoth upgrades, but I need something to do after that. Any ideas?
