Gel sac and rubies. ChemicalApes has a good one for getting a gel sac on youtube, and it worked for me. make sure your in the correct biome when you follow the tutorial tho

I was in the same spot as you yesterday, grab it and run, but come back to scan all the stuff and check out the Degassi base

You need quartz, which is found in the red grass area with sand-sharks just past the kelp forest, you'll need 2 quartz to make it and i highly recommend you take a prawn suit or sea-moth there, if you have one

I get bubbles on my screen when I have the thermal knife in my hand and then switch quick slots, if anyone else has that problem then just take the thermal knife out of your inventory, via wall-locker, etc.
