If you're not expecting it, just going around in your Cyclops at night, and you don't see it come up on the radar display and it comes right at the bridge window, a lot of people pause to cool, collect, and figure out a way to deal with it. I'm with a lot of people. It's worse when you're in the Seamoth.

Well yes, but actually no. The cuddlefish has so much health that unless you lead towards lava but even then. It has 10,000 HP. Go on some adventures. Still, be careful. Wouldn't want to hurt that little cutie. If anything does, you kill it with a bloodlust rage to make it rethink it's choices.
I would say the Blood Kelp Trench in the southwest because there's no ghost leviathan for a while.
Kinda. If you release a carnivore, it will start killing everything in sight, acting like normal, except it doesn't attack you.

Where are all the cuddlefish eggs? I've searched almost all of the deep dark down deep dark and still can't find two of them. I've found ones in the Deep Grand Reef, Lost River, and northwestern Mushroom Forest. Do you guys know where the other 2 are?

If you built your Safe Shallows base close enough to the slope into the Grassy Plateaus, you could expand it so you have a spot to park your Cyclops. If not, then option 2 would be the best bet.

@Hunter387 The large deposits of resources can't be moved with the PRAWN normally, if you use the prop cannon arm like the handheld version on a fish, when you aim at the deposit, it will pick it up off the ground and is in drilling distance.
Are you sure about the ghost leviathan at 8,000 HP is the highest HP of all creatures? The Sea Dragon has 10,000 HP.
