You cant play with the leviathan because it isn't an actual alien containment, and yes you can scan the alien rifle, but it only gives you a databank and not a blueprint. Which I am disappointed about

I think @Caldoooo is correct that the Khraa is native... I think what caused the precursors to worry about it might be a mutation which made it deadly
