Im not sure when exactly you get this pda info, but if it is connected to the kharra infection, have you been to the mountain island? The one with the big gun? You have to enter it so they can check if you have kharra or not. Im not sure tho

Actually, you get this message when entering the blood kelp trench, there is a leviathan in the other blood kelp, near lifepod 2, but not in the trench lol

Also, the Jellyshroom cave has many resources, including lithium

There is an entrance for the trench near the lifepod 17 and sparse reef. There are deepshroomes and blood oil right there. No need to go deeper

You can just build a fabricator in your cyclops or make a small base in the lava zone

There is an entrance near the Giant Cove tree, it is in the lost river. You have PDA info about the locations of the facilities in the lava zone

Mountain island is one of the best places for lithium. If you go from your lifepod directly to the island, there is a cave with lots of lithium, gold, silver (probably) and lead.
