That wouldn't be considered as real evidence. You would need a witness or 2 for this to be evidence.
I have an article, and this clearly states that it requires 2. You would need to have a witness to be allowed to edit a fandom page to include that it says that you need 2 creatures of the same species. These animals that you are describing sounds like the amoeboid, which can only reproduce in areas with high concentration of fossilized remains, and cannot be put inside of alien containment systems without spawning it with console commands, and even then, it does not reproduce.

Nothing against the game or server based systems, I just don't like survival games with servers, it kinda ruins the experience.
I used to, but it was super laggy and took up a crap ton of space on my computer. Not to mention that it was on a server based system.
And yes, there is breeding in alien containment modules in subnautica. I use mine to breed oculi to power my bio-reactor. It requires 2 of the SAME creatures.
Except Cuddlefish. They don't reproduce, at least it's not possible game-wise.
Breeding can occur with one parent organism, but the same exact traits would be passed down to its "off-spring". This is called Asexual reproduction, and it is commonly found in mushrooms. However, in Subnautica, not all organisms reproduce this way, because they still need another organism of that species to fertilize the eggs. The Emperor is one of the exceptions.

It started with someone asking about what the hoverfish war was, and somebody included links to the names of the people who started it. The people who started it then started harassing other people and lied about things, which led to people getting salty and screaming in the comments, and then the situation got out of hand, ultimately leading to a mod locking the conversation and the deletion of comments.
That is a simplified explanation about what happened.
The hoverfish war was apparently a roleplay, but I'm not completely sure what it was about.

I may have not said much on the discussion post that had the drama, but it doesn't mean that I never contributed to it. Also, why argue on an informational site?
