He asked if my character was from Subnautica, and then if my character has been dead for 100+ years, and I’m like ‘HE KNOWS’
Well that’s true
Maybe I don’t hate them either
But they gave me nightmares
So I…
*dislike*
Them
I don’t see the resemblance but I’ll take your word for it.
Doesn’t make me hate them any less though
Like, how does it look like a crab or a squid? Or both?
Either way I hate them
But you can only get fiber mesh from creepvine samples or something, and last I checked you can only find those in Kelp Forests, not in the Lost River or ILZ or whatever biome you are about to die in
Good question… I usually (and by usually I mean this is what I have in my cyclops right now during my first play through which will definitely change in the next 48 hours) put in a bed, fabricator, some extra storage, and a indoor grow bed.
THIS IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE ^
What do you put in your cyclops @Anuraagrjetty15 ?
Why risk your Seamoth in the first place to kill to the reaper then?
@Anuraagrjetty15 Okay so I was watching that first video you recommended, the Lost River Prep one, and I was going to all the wrecks but I didn't get the Cyclops Shield Generator blueprint. I got the Sonar one but at the first wreck in the Grand Reef he shows I got the Cyclops MK1 blueprint instead...
Do you know where else I can get it?
Actually don't bother I'll just look it up
If I pass through the mountains or the crash zone, and a reaper sees me, but I don't see it, will it still follow me? If I go past a reaper (not close to it, but it is just barely visible) but don't attack it will it follow me?
The questions also applies if I'm attacked by a reaper:
If I find and am attacked by a reaper, but I don't hurt it (like with the Seamoth defense upgrade, or with a knife or stasis rifle), will it follow me then?
What about Ghost Leviathans?
For me its 49% and 51%
I would just ignore @Mr dinosaur simulator fan if you want to.
You don’t have to kill the reaper. If you just use your seaglide/Seamoth and stay near the surface you should be able to sneak right past them. If you use your Seamoth be careful because the reapers are more attracted to vehicles
I think
Edit:
And besides, there are like 8 reapers at the Aurora so, uhh…
Good luck trying to kill eight reapers
@Anuraagrjetty15 Thanks! I’ll check those out.
Doesn’t Cyclops MK4 use Kyanite? So wouldn’t I need to get the drill arm before I do that? And Prawn MK2 takes Nickel which I think i need a drill arm for too…
Or did you not mean to do that in order, that’s just the stuff I need to do in general
Actually there is no cyclops MK4 so I’m going to assume you meant MK3
Don’t worry nothings wrong
I just need help with Subnautica
I have a base
In the Mushroom Forest near the Bulb Zone
So I scouted out the Lost River (almost died)
Idk what to do now.
I have a Prawn suit
I have a Seamoth with MK3 Depth Module
I have a full Cyclops blueprint
I feel like I should go get the Prawn suit drill arm
But idk
Help
Breaking the conversation going on above, but-
YES. I, for some reason, find Crabsquids horrifying, yet the Ghost Leviathans don’t seem to scare me. My opinion might change if I ever encounter an adult ghost in the void or grand reef and it comes screaming at me, but I just don’t really find them scary. But the crabsquids? I swear those things are the stuff of my nightmares nightmares. (If my nightmares had nightmares, they would dream about crabsquids).
I am far from experienced at this game, but I would recommend what I was recommended on Reddit:
For the time being, you can build a base in either the Grassy Plateaus to the Northeast (I think) or the Mushroom Forest (the two near the Aurora). The fungal samples from the Mushrooms will work decently with a Bioreactor, and its near the Bulb Zone so you have an entrance to the Lost river nearby.
Aren’t the ones in the Grand Reef adults…?
I just want to know why its in the Grand Reef
