This USED to be true. A long while back, power cells charged in the cyclops would be fully charged without fully depleting a cell in the cyclops itself, leading to infinite energy. This is no longer possible, as cells charged in the cyclops will just take the power from the cells in the engine itself. It is just an energy exchange.

Once a reaper leviathan is killed, it will NEVER respawn.
