I was messing around in the crash zone, and I found a time capsule, and when I opened it, there was a reinforced dive suit, the cat poster from the aurora, and a cuddlefish egg

Since it's the same planet, I hope we can see the Juvenile Sea Emperors all grown up.

1. Due to Kharaa, It's food source started dying out, or getting infected, causing it to not be able to eat, causing it to die out.

2. I doubt a bigger creature took it out, so I think that groups of Reaper or Ghost Leviathans Attacked it, and due to the number of Leviathans, the Gargantuan wasn't able to hold out, and it died

3. This one's most likely in my opinion, but It might have been infected with Kharaa, and the virus killed it.
