Ok I did figure it out. Turns out I had to do more than just plug the thing in.
So I found Marguerit's sea base and disabled the satellite. But her pet still won't let me through. Am I missing something?
So I was as the icebergs near the dead zone and through the fog near the main map I saw this big fin emerge from the water. I went to investigate and there's NOTHING THERE. I'm so scared :D
