Disinfected Water is a food item that replenishes the player's H2O levels, similar to its less-filling counterparts, Coffee Americano, Reclaimed Water and Filtered Water as well as its more-filling counterpart, the Large Filtered Water. The in-game description states that it contains 12 oz of water, an equivalent of about 340 grams.
When playing in Freedom Mode, this item cannot be crafted. However, it can be found as loot in Supply Crates immediately northwest of the Aurora and on the Floating Island.
