Large Filtered Water is a food item that replenishes the player's H2O levels, much akin to the Coffee Americano, Reclaimed Water, Filtered Water and Disinfected Water, except it is more filling. The in-game description states that it contains 15 ounces of water, an equivalent of about 425mL.
It is made by the Water Filtration Machine, which desalinates sea water into Large Filtered Water and Salt Deposits over an extended period of time.
