Well, I can get you the crystals, but you'll need to go the the sea emperor aquarium, and the sea emp is a bit crabby after being spike trapped in his aqaurium, while his babys got trout, so he is a bit off it.

No, You'd need a small vehicle permission for the PRAWN.  Also, the forms should be in the borders.
