The Test Override Module is a electronic item that can be inserted into the diagnostic port of the Communications Tower on Delta Island. It switches the tower to Test Mode, disabling it.

Recipe

The blueprint can be obtained by scanning the fragment that is found on top of a Desk in Marguerit Maida's Base. It is crafted in the Fabricator.
